Leadership

 

I realise more and more that in an organization, strong leadership isn’t just something “nice to have” — it’s essential. A real leader needs to be visionary, able to inspire others, and able to guide a team toward a shared mission. Leadership can take many forms, but at its core, it is about caring for people, building trust, offering encouragement, and helping everyone to create a sense of progress.

For some people, leadership traits might come naturally, but even then, they often need refinement. At the very least, one needs to be aware of the qualities that turn ordinary behaviour into something others recognise as leadership. Being present, being reachable, and making clear decisions — these may seem like simple behaviours, yet they shape how others perceive and experience someone as a leader.
